Extra Large Standard Mat - Spring Meadow High Grown (Model Scene) F021XL

Model Scene is a Czech Republic based specialist in high quality materials for basing and terrain making. Large terrain mat measuring approx. 88 x 34cm, more than five times the size of the standard.

Model Scene mats give your project a natural, realistic finish. With added details, the mats can be given a natural finish with little work.

Ready to use on your display bases or diorama pieces straight from the pack. Build your base and paint it a similar colour to the grass mat. For best effects, your base should be undulating. Cut the mat to the required size. Lightly wet the underside of the mat (we recommend using an atomiser), leave for one minute, then glue to your base with PVA. Gently push the foliage mat into place over the contours of your board so it will take the shape then leave it to dry overnight.
