Christmas Shipping & Holiday Shutdown Dates

Apparently a particularly popular festival is taking place in December...

We are closed from December 25th to December 26th, and on January 1st. Yup, that's all the time off we get. The website will still take orders during our absence and any orders over this period will be despatched on Friday, Dec 29th, Monday/Tuesday 30th/31st, then January 2nd onwards.

All regular mail and orders going by courier will be despatched up to the 23rd but please order early. These are the Royal Mail posting dates for delivery before Xmas. 

UK - Mon 22nd December, or Tuesday 23rd for Special Next Day Delivery

UK Courier - Friday 19th December, however we highly recommend that you do this 1-2 days earlier as they will be overworked!

• Thursday 11 December – Africa, Asia, Australia, Bulgaria, Caribbean, Central and South America, China, Cyprus, Far and Middle East, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain

If you are ordering large value/weight items, such as building sets, note that these always go by courier. Typical delivery times for the US, Canada, EU and Australia/New Zealand are 3-5 days.
