New weathering spray range from The Plastic Soldier Company. We use this all the time for our own models and absolutely love it!
Medeldads has an in depth review and tutorial on youtube. GEG recommends that you may use one layer, wipe, then add additional layers (including with the other colour) to achieve the appearance of built up dirt in recesses and working gear, and around engine areas.
A quick, easy and effective way to give your vehicle models and tabletop scenery a realistic "battlefield" look. Aimed at WW2 but good for any historical period, sci fi and fantasy. GEG recommends that you varnish your model before applyibg weathering spray.
Spray at about 30cm from model using short, sweeping bursts. When dry after about 10 minutes smudge wipe away from flat panels using a damp cloth or cotton bud, leaving the wash trapped around protrusions and in recesses.
Dirt Brown is recommended for green or grey painted vehicles and all types of scenery.
We recommend you seal the model with a matt varnish.
