Details

The Universal Carrier in its various incarnation was the most widely produced armoured vehicle of the Second World War or any other time with over 110,000 being produced from start to it's finish in 1960. Initially the role of the Universal carrier was to transport weapons in support of an Infantry Battalion. Although with time and developments the Universal Carrier became the "Bren Carrier" or "Bren Gun Carrier" and was used in a more aggressive role to transport troops. It's main function was still though to transport weaponry such as Mortars and Machine guns as in a scouting role. The Universal Carrier comes with 4 crew and a huge range of stowage and weapons.
